More than 50 army conscripts in Lamia test positive for COVID-19

According to Lamia Report, in the last few days there has been at least 57 cases of COVID-19 detected in a military base in Central Greece.

The cases are being managed exclusively by the Greek Army, without hospitalisations in Lamia city.

The vast majority of cases are asymptomatic.

It is noted, however, that the Army's health protocol is stricter than the governments.

Soldiers who are detected positive normally remain in a predetermined area until they recover inside the camp (unless it is something more serious).
