A new virtual assistant is joining the staff of Athens International Airport on a pilot basis.

'Philos' is a live information tool for airport users, which informs them about issues regarding their trip and Covid-19.

Market research company ICAP together with Greek startup SmartRep, created 'Philos' by using natural language processing and artificial intelligence technology.

Soon this virtual assistant will be available through more digital channels and will be able to immediately help travellers with the entire set of information services the airport offers in Greek and English, 24 hours a day.
