Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said during his introductory statement at today's meeting of the Council of Ministers that Greece will have achieved five million COVID-19 vaccinations by the end of May.
"We reached 3,000,000 vaccinations," he said, stressing that "if we stick to our plan, at the end of May, we can approach 5,000,000."
"Each of our new steps must be done safely, that is, with continuous self-testing, with social distancing, with a masks, with personal hygiene, so that everything that opens in the country and does not have to be closed again", the Prime Minister noted.
