Pancretan Association of Melbourne raises over $5,000 for the Good Friday Appeal

The Pancretan Association of Melbourne has raised over $5,000 for the Good Friday Appeal.

All funds raised provide world class care to patients and their families at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Committee member Joanna Psarakis said the association's donation was possible thanks to sponsors and individuals who gave their time and money to the cause.

"The Pancretan Association of Melbourne is blown away by the generosity of the wonderful community. Giving after what has been a challenging year is truly inspiring. We really appreciate each and everyone of you who helped us raise $5,386 for the Good Friday Appeal."

Funds from this year’s Good Friday Appeal will go towards the new statewide Virtual Care Program for a collaborative approach to care, upgraded medical imaging ultrasound machines to continue to advance patient care and over 25 different types of equipment to be used across the hospital.

Since 1931 the Good Friday Appeal has now contributed more than $399M to the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Donations are still welcome. Click on the link here to shake the virtual tin.
