The international competition counts the high beneficial ingredients (phenols) found in table olives.
These phenols are powerful micronutrients, with excellent pharmacological action, belonging to natural antioxidants with significant biological activity and have been attributed anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties.
The table olives of Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms are at the top worldwide in phenol content and collected a double gold and four gold awards, winning all five top places in the event.
