Flights to Israel's Ben Gurion Airport redirected to Greece and Cyprus

Greek City Times Breaking

With Israel being engulfed with over a hundred rockets emanating from the Gaza Strip, air traffic towards Ben Gurion Airport in Lod is being redirected towards Greece and Cyprus, Israeli media reported.

Air traffic is suspended inside and outside Israel due to the continued rocket fire from the Gaza Strip as tensions between Israel and terrorist organisations continue.

Yesterday, Israeli airstrikes against Gaza killed at least 20 people, including 9 children.

The Hamas terrorist organisation fired seven rockets at Jerusalem yesterday amid tensions at a religious site in Jerusalem that had extended after Palestinian families who had not paid their rent were evicted from their homes.

However, today is the most violent day since tensions began as Israel and Gaza exchanged rocket and missile attacks.
