Athens' famous Monastiraki Square was shut down for most of Wednesday due to Disney's filming of Giannis Antetokounmpo's movie about his life.
The usually busy Monastiraki square was inaccessible with usual paths rediverted due to filming.
Many actors, security guards, medic teams and other support staff could be see busily working on the film.
A sign outside the barrier explained that Faliro House Productions "will be filming at this location today" and that any footage, photos or sound recordings taken in the area is their "sole property."
The actor Uche Agada will play the Milwaukee Bucks forward in a film about Antetokounmpo’s life and his family’s inspiring journey.
The film is being developed by The Walt Disney Studios.
