Liverpool has welcomed its first Greek food truck ‘So Greek Full’ to the city centre.
Located at the Royal Albert Dock, the team of team of passionate and experienced chefs, bring the fresh flavours of the Mediterranean to the vibrant heart of Liverpool’s historic waterfront.
From the classic souvlaki filled with your choice of marinated meat, chips and salad, to specials including the eight-hour slow-cooked lamb Greek stifado bagel, and authentic spanakopita or tiropita, there’s something for everyone.
“When we first decided to open up our Greek Food Truck, it was from the desire to bring the mouth watering street food of Athens to Liverpool. From one great port to another, we’re bringing you high-quality, delicious food at reasonable prices. Since then, we’ve been known as the only stop you need to make to get your belly full,” the website reads.
Two vegan options are also available, including a grilled plant-based vegan chicken souvlaki served in a warm pitta with two special sauces, salad and fries, or the vegan steak souvlaki which has been created by the chefs using 100% natural, vegan ingredients.
The truck is parked opposite the Merseyside Maritime Museum at the Royal Albert Dock and open seven days a week from 11am-6pm.
