Greece's Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled to meet with the European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Stella Kyriakides today, Tuesday 22 June in Athens.
The Commissioner's visit will focus on boosting the European Union's strategy for Covid-19 vaccinations.

Kyriakides said that the EU strategy is proof of collaboration in Europe, and added that in Athens she will discuss "how the EU can further support the already national vaccination campaign in Greece, including among the segments of population where this is difficult."
According to government sources Kyriakides will also meet with Health Minister Vassilis Kikilias, to visit the 'Promitheas' mega-vaccination centre north of Athens.
