Greece joins alliance against 'Islamic State'

Greece’s Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias  is scheduled to travel to Rome, today Monday 28 June to attend the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Alliance against the "Islamic State", co-organized by Italian Foreign Minister Luigi di Maio and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

According to statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias is also expected to have bilateral meetings with the acting Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Aurelio Chiokoi, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kenya Kenaso and Russell O'Malley. UN Security Council Secretary-General Zeina Akar and Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrissnan.
