COVID-19: 605 new cases in Greece on Tuesday, 13 deaths

Greek health authorities announced that 605 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, of which three were identified after checks at the the borders.

The total number of cases is 421,829 (daily change + 0.1%), of which 51.2% are men.

Based on the confirmed cases of the last 7 days, 85 are considered to be related to travel from abroad and 632 are related to an already known case.

There were 13 new deaths attributed to COVID-19, while since the beginning of the pandemic a total of 12,695 deaths have been recorded.

95.2% had underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older.

The number of patients treated by intubation is 204 (65.7% men).

Their median age is 66 years.

84.3% have an underlying disease and/or age 70 years and older.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2,668 patients have been discharged from the ICU.

There were 33 new COVID-19 patients to hospitals (daily change -15.38%).

The average seven-day admission is 46 patients.

The median age of cases is 43 years (range 0.2 to 106 years), while the median age of death is 78 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).
