Greece's National Youth Water Polo Team won the bronze medal, placing 3rd, after its 11-7 victory over Croatia in the "small" final on of the European K15 Championship on Sunday, hosted in the city of Lule, Portugal.
Key to the Greek h was the defense of Ethniki in the third period, when it kept its home intact and secured a difference of three goals (8-5). In the crucial last minutes of the match and despite the pressure of the Croats, the Greeks maintained composure and lead and reached the victory with 11-7.The offer of Spyros Lykoudis in the attack is huge, scoring 5 of the 11 goals of Ethniki.
