Turkey is distorting reality to cover up its violations of International Law, Greek Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Alexandros Papaioannou said in response to a press question.
"Turkey is trying to distort reality and create a curtain of smoke to cover up its own constant violations of International Law," he said."
Papaioannou added that the neighbouring country has "issued a casus belli against Greece if the latter exercises its legal rights, it violates Greek national sovereignty and questions Greece's sovereign rights, it illegally occupies territories of other states, and it destabilises other countries by maintaining armies and mercenaries in them."
The spokesman said that Greece would respond to the challenges based on International Law.
