An Australian national against whom was pending an Interpol's red notice warrant was arrested on Wednesday afternoon at Mykonos airport.
Police officers of the Drug Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate arrested the 39-year-old Australian man in Mykonos as he was wanted by US Authorities.
He is allegedly a member of an international drug dealing network involved in importing and exporting cocaine, as well as money laundering.
The arrested will be sent to the Aegean prosecutor after being arrested on Wednesday afternoon.
