Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias expressed gratitude to all the countries assisting Greece deal with the devastating fires or expressing solidarity.
"Deeply moved by the thoughtful messages and gestures of solidarity from Egypt, Armenia, Belgium, France, Georgia, the European Union, the United States, Jordan, Israel, Spain, Croatia, Cyprus, Lebanon, Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Turkey and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew," he said said via Twitter.
"Our utmost gratitude to all those providing support to Greece in battling wildfires," the foreign minister said.
