Expressions of support have come in from many foreign leaders with US Senator Robert Menendez adding his voice as well in his recent social media post where he calls on the US to help Greece in these trying times.
“We pray for the health and safety of our friends throughout Greece and Southern Europe” due to the ongoing heavy heat and raging fires, said the Senator in a message via Twitter.
