Two Dutch tourists arrested at Heraklion Airport for refusing to follow COVID-19 procedures

Two young Dutch men were arrested on Friday afternoon at Nikos Kazantzakis airport in the Cretan city of Heraklion.

According to Creta24, during their flight from Germany to Crete, two men aged 24 and 27 were unruly and did not show a willingness to comply with the flight attendants' instructions to comply with measures against the spread of COVID-19.

The two young men refused to wear their masks and excessively drank alcohol, thus upsetting everyone on the plane.

However, as soon as they arrived at Heraklion airport, they were arrested.
