Greek police have arrested and 21 year old male and charged him with the murder of 20 year old according to media reports.
The suspect is accused of stabbing to death the teenager in the early hours of the morning in Ano Kamila, Serres.
Police arrested the suspect outside Livadochori, Serres, and have taken him to appear before a prosecutor today.
According to reports, the perpetrator stabbed the young man after an argument they had because the victim had had an affair with the perpetrator's ex-girlfriend.
The two young men started arguing resulting in the 22 year old pulling out a knife and stabbing the victim in the heart, killing him instantly.
Police have yet to release the names of the suspect and victim.
