Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is making a short trip to the United States on Thursday, government spokesman Ioannis Oikonomou announced.
The prime minister will go to the U.S., as Oikonomou said, to settle his daughter for her studies and into a new country.
His return to Greece is scheduled for Monday.

"His trip is exclusively private. The Prime Minister is going to the USA to settle his daughter, who is starting her studies at University and will be back in office on Monday," the government spokesman said.
