Suspension of unvaccinated health workers begins, protests across Greece

The deadline for the mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 of health workers expired on Wednesday.

Those refusing to get vaccinated will be suspended from their work.

Meanwhile, a platform is launched to hire people that will fill the gaps that will inevitably emerge from workers refusing to be vaccinated.

The Panhellenic Federation of Workers in Public Hospitals (POEDIN) has announced protests in all hospitals across the country.
