Olympic champion Lefteris Petrounias 'remarries' his wife, fellow gymnast Vasiliki Millousi

Olympic champion Lefteris Petrounias has 'remarried' his wife, fellow gymnast Vasiliki Millousi in a religious wedding ceremony yesterday reported Greek media.

Petrounias and Millousi who are already married,  previously tied the knot in a civil ceremony on 13 July 2019 but decided now, a few months after the baptism of their daughters,  to have a religious ceremony and once again exchange vows of eternal love in the presence of close relatives and friends.

Among the guests was former Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos along with celebrities including  Christina Boba with Sakis Tanimanidis, Klelia Pantazi and Mary Miliaresi, who also shared snapshots from the wedding on their social media accounts.

He was named the Greek Male Athlete of the Year, for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
