NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo confirmed his vaccination status, as the Milwaukee Bucks will start their training camp this week.

Antetokounmpo said he is vaccinated and explained that he took that decision to protect himself and his family.

“I did what’s best for my family and me to stay protected. I’m vaccinated. It was the best decision for me to be safe. I am not a doctor, and I don’t know what may happen down the road. But I have kids. I know right now that it’s going to keep my family safe,” Giannis Antetokounmpo told reporters during the Bucks’ Media Day.
