Two of the most popular brands of Greek coffee are Loumidis and Bravo.

Depending on the level of sweetness there is four-way to enjoy Greek coffee, based on the amount of sugar added:

  1. Sketos: no sugar, unsweetened coffee
  2. Metrios: 1 teaspoon of sugar, medium-sweet coffee
  3. Glykos: 2 teaspoons of sugar, sweet coffee
  4. Very Glykos: 3 teaspoons of sugar, extra-sweet coffee

Remember, Greek coffee is meant to be sipped and enjoyed over many hours.
