Giannis Antetokounmpo invests in Greek real estate; snaps up two villas in the Peloponesse

Greek basketball star and NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo has consolidated in long term relationship with Greece, with reports he has made some serious investments in the Peloponnese.

According to Proto Thema newspaper bought two villas in the new Rolling Greens  residencies of Messinia, Peloponnese which is part of the Costa Navarino complex resort.

Antetokounmpo had visited the “Costa Navarino” resort in early September with his brother  Thanasis, while he had taken a vacation there with his family in 2018.

According to reports, the 43 villas in the area have already been sold, are under construction and their delivery to buyers is estimated to take place in the first quarter of 2023.

As for the cost of each villa, it ranges from 1.25 to 1.8 million euros. All of them have a private pool and garden, they cover plots from 700 to 1,300 square meters, their surface is 235 to 295 square meters and they include 3 or 4 bedrooms on one level, with basement.
