Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation today, in which, according to Turkish websites, the two men discussed Turkey-Russia relations.
On the sidelines of their telephone conversation, the Turkish president wished happy birthday to Putin, who is celebrating his 69th birthday today.
A few days ago, on September 29, the two men met at the Russian resort of Sochi with their conversation focusing on energy issues.
