The giant potato monument in Cyprus that looks like a....

Cypriot potatoes are famous, especially those grown in the free area of Famagusta.

The community council of Xylofagos decided to place at the entrance of the village on the Larnaca - Ayia Napa highway a huge monument to "honour" the local product, Proto Thema reported.

The project was commented on social media as many considered it a troll, unable to believe in the bad taste of those who designed the "potato."
