Giorgos Kakosaios, Son of Ploutarchos, Steps Out of his Father's Shadow

By 3 years ago

Giorgos Kakosaios is an innate and rising musical talent. He showed his love for music from an early age, taking guitar, piano and vocal lessons.

20 year old Giorgos is the eldest son of popular Greek laïko singer Yannis Ploutarchos, aged 50.

Although Giorgos has also just started taking acting classes, his favourite pastime is writing songs.

In fact, he made his debut as a musical composer writing the music of Yiannis Ploutarchos’ song “De Mou Paei I Monaksia”, which is included in the platinum album “Tragoudia Akatallila”

Giorgos won the best newcomer award at this year's Mad VMA,  stealing the show by making appearances in Greece and Cyprus alongside Giannis Ploutarchos and Natassa Theodoridou.

Kakosaios gives us yet another success hit with his new song titled Μην Της Πείτε " Do not Tell Her ", released by Panik Records, along with a great music video.

Do not tell her ' is a modern zeibekiko with the music by Giorgos and Nikos Sarris who has written the lyrics, continuing his streak of successful singles.

The song is transported to our screens via a cinematic aesthetic music video directed by the award-winning director Costas Karydas that unfolds the story of a love story that ended.

Giorgos Kakosaios is currently preparing for his appearances in a nightclub in Athens, details of which will be announced soon.

As you can see, for Kakosaios the world is at his feet.
