Forty-three confirmed refugees and asylum seekers from Afghanistan departed from Athens International Airport on a flight to Portugal on Tuesday, said the Migration & Asylum Ministry.

This was the final pilot stage of the relocation, in the context of an agreement between the two countries which has so far seen 100 refugees relocated to Portugal out of a total of 1,000.
