A teacher, married and with two children, filed a rape lawsuit against her boss, in whose office she works in Larissa.

Along with the indictment she filed on October 11, she also presented to the Prosecutor’s Office a dress in which there are traces of sperm, according to Eleftheria.

According to the indictment, the incident occurred on September 17, 2021 when she was with her boss outside the workplace in the same car when he demanded to meet with her.

It was here that she says the assault happened.

Speaking on the subject, the complainant’s lawyer claimed that the teacher is already in the fifth week of sick leave and is trying to recover.

The psychiatrist who monitors the woman recommends that she avoids the work environment as it evokes traumatic memories.

In fact, the lawyer claims that the boss refused to approve her transfer to another department, apparently wanting to control her.

It is worth noting that the Prosecutor has called the boss on Monday for explanations, while he also asked him to give a genetic sample in order to determine if the sperm really belongs to him.

From the explanations and the genetic material it will be decided whether he will be prosecuted.
