It may have just opened recently in 2019, however Mythos Greek Flavours is already making a huge impact with its mouth watering gyros, being named the "Best Kebabs" in the whole of the United Kingdom.
British online food delivery company Deliveroo invited its customers to participate in its annual Deliveroo Restaurant Awards 2021.
A whopping total of 350,000 votes were cast by Deliveroo customers to create shortlists across 21 categories from Best Burger to Restaurant of the Year, including Best Kebab.
A panel of four foodie experts then selected a winner for each category from these shortlists.
Mythos Greek Flavours in Leeds was named the Winner – Best Kebabs.
The relatively new Mythos Greek features both chicken and pork ‘yeeros’ (the British pronunciation of the Greek word ‘gyros’) on its takeaway menu.
The gyros are crammed with salad and chips covered in smoked paprika whilst the meat is marinated in extra virgin oil, Greek wild herbs and honey, cooked on a rotisserie - all smothered in Mythos’s own recipe sauce.
The menu also includes tasty Mythos Greek Souvlaki boxes and a range of delicious sides and including its classic Greek as well as its signature ‘Mythos’ salad.
