Pope Francis wrapped up his visit to the island of Cyprus on Friday afternoon with a prayer held with migrants at the Catholic Church of the Holy Cross.

During his prayer, the leader of the Catholic Church thanked young migrants for their witness reports they had sent him approximately a month ago.

He also addressed some of them in person, speaking about the world's common humanity and the need to be inclusive.

The Pope was given a formal send-off at 09:00 on Saturday that was attended by Cyprus Republic President Nikos Anastasiades before he left at 09:15 for a three-day visit to Greece.
