A 15-year-old girl lived a harrowing experience as two Pakistanis attempted to rape her in the courtyard of her school.
The 15-year-old schoolgirl was attacked in the courtyard of a school in Acharnes, however a classmate bravely saved the girl from the Pakistani attackers.
Speaking to Star, the mother of the 17-year-old student that saved the girl, proud of her son, described the horrific incident that took place inside the school by the two Pakistanis:
"The children suddenly saw them going up to her. Two 'people', if they are people of Pakistani origin, attacked them and asked my son to leave in order to 'tease' the girl," said the 17-year-old's mother.
"I am very proud of my son," she said, adding: "They were saying the word 'sex'.
"They were pulling the girl. My son was in the middle, he would not let her be bothered.
"They hit him! They closed their mouths and did not let them shout.
"My son managed to pull the two Pakistanis and the girl ran and escaped and the police were notified.
"I am very proud of my son for what he did, he saved a girl," said the student's mother.
The incident was reported to the authorities and as described by the mother, the police located and arrested one perpetrator.
The 15-year-old was able to identify him because his mask fell off.
Authorities are looking for the second attacker.
