Three infants with COVID-19 hospitalised in Crete

Three babies have been hospitalised in Crete having been infected with COVID-19.

According to Creta Post, two of the babies are newborns and one is 40 days old.

The two newborns, 7 and 24 days old, are being treated in the Neonatal Unit of the University General Hospital of Heraklion as they showed symptoms of COVID-19.

Doctors reported that their health condition is good.

Their mothers have also been infected with the virus but have not had any serious symptoms.

At the same time, a 40-day-old infant was admitted to the pediatric unit at the Chania hospital.
