Greek counter-terrorism police on Thursday has re-arrested a 40 year old Iraqi national in Athens charging him for ISIS membership.
According to Greek police, the man had been arrested before on December 7 by the Foreign Nationals Directorate of Attica on charges related to criminal activity including the possession of passports and travel documents of third parties, possession of counterfeit documentation, accepting proceeds of crime, and firearms charges.
He had been released with restrictions.
The man will be led before the Athens first-instance court prosecutor on Friday, following a case file drawn up against him.
