Greece’s young tennis gun Stefanos Tsitsipas has teamed up with Melbourne’s famous Greek eatery Stalactites to launch the ‘Tsitsipas Souva’ with 100% of the sales going towards Australia beyond blue.

Stalactites first launched the ‘Tsitsipas Souvlaki’ in 2019 but this time 100% of sales will be going directly to bushfire relief (CFA and Wildlife Victoria) which will add to the $10,000 already donated by the restaurant and its owners.

He opens his tournament against Sweden's Mikael Ymer, a player he has beaten both times they have met, including at last year's Australian Open in three sets.

They are friends and training buddies, so he knows his game inside out.
"We have played together in juniors for many, many years, so we know each other since the age of 10," he said.

Tsitsipas Souvlaki” will be available at the Stalactites restaurant throughout the Australian Open (January 17-30).
