Ioanna Touni, Alexandros Kopsialis and Eleni Foureira are among the Greek celebrities that have the most fake followers on Instagram with almost 25-37% of suspicious accounts on their profile reports in.gr.
According to the media outlet, world-famous Greek athletes such as Stefanos Tsitsipas and Giannis Antetokoumpos are on the list (9th and 5th place) but despite the percentage of fake followers, their Instagram accounts have a high percentage of followers. This means that their followers interact with the profiles by making likes, comments, shares etc.
A survey by Fasthosts.co.uk analysed the dozens of accounts and revealed which of them have fake profiles among their followers.
The results were shocking as the biggest celebrities on the internet have fake friends.
Kylie Jenner became the first woman to reach 300 million followers on Instagram, with one third of her followers being fake. The results also show that Kylie Kendall Jenner and Blake Lively have the largest fake followers.
