The seminar will highlight the history of the Sculptures, the forty-year impasse with the British Museum, UNESCO’s restitution resolution, the Greek Prime Minister’s personal cause, the recent return of a Parthenon fragment from Italy and where to from now.

The last event hosted by the Australian Parthenon Association was with the talented Geoffrey Robertson AO QC on the important issue of the repatriation of the Parthenon Sculptures.
