50 ml olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon sweet cumin
1 bay leaf
250 gr. ripe tomatoes, grated
salt, black pepper

100 gr. flour
1/4 teaspoon sweet salt
100 gr. peponaki (flat risoni) pasta
