MYKONOS: Thousands of euros and jewellery stolen from Marina Patouli's house

Mykonos

Marina Patouli was a victim to a robbery when she noticed, after returning from a night out in Mykonos, that her house had been broken into.

The theft in her house took place on Saturday night, around 23:00, when she was out.

Specifically, Marina Patouli was walking on the island with her friends when the thieves - most likely members of an Albanian gang who have ravaged the Island of the Winds, according to Proto Thema,  found a way to invade her home from the bedroom window.

They even managed to locate the place where she had hidden her jewellery, along with cash.

"These are jewellery from my wedding," she said speaking to Proto Thema. "The money they took from me was intended for the wages of workers who had undertaken some renovation work."

Specifically, the members of the gang extracted jewellery worth 3,900 euros and a sum of money amounting to 8,500 euros.

Along with the jewellery and cash, a Mercedes car key was stolen.

She is also the President of UNESCO Northern Suburbs and formerly a Municipal Councilor in the Municipality of Lykovrysi-Pefki. Since 2019, she hass been an active Municipal Councilor in the Municipality of Maroussi.
