Paul Fleming, son of the late grocery tycoon Jim Fleming, has quietly sold his Tahitian resort-inspired home for $9.37m to a prominent restaurateur.

Peter Papas, who owns the Greek restauranter Kazzi Beach in Mosman and Manly, has been revealed as the new owner of the three-level Parriwi Rd house now that the deal has been done.

Papas has lived in Mosman for 21 years but the four-bedroom house with waterfront access and expansive Middle Harbour views caught his eye.
