After Amber Heard's lawyer revealed that her client was unable to pay the amount of compensation that the court ruled in favour of Johnny Depp, the actress was seen shopping in a discount department store in New York.
Sources told the New York Post that the Aquaman star is not in good financial condition due to the large sums she paid in court costs due to her dispute with Johnny Depp.

However, foreign media reports say that her moves are in complete contradiction with the way she lives, while they also emphasise that her house costs about $3.8 million. It is therefore not unlikely that these moves are premeditated, precisely to show that she cannot pay the amount of compensation.
The actor filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife for defamation in an article in the Washington Post.
Amber Heard accused him of physical and psychological abuse during their 15-month marriage. Johnny Depp sued her over the claims, demanding $50 million in damages.
She then filed a $100 million lawsuit against him.

The jurors ruled that Heard's statement was false, defamatory and malicious. Depp was awarded $15 million in damages.
Heard won one of her counterclaims against Depp over his lawyer's comments to the Daily Mail and was awarded $2 million in damages. However, after the arrangements and the reduction of the amount by the Supreme Court of Virginia, the actress is now called to to pay $8 million.
It is also noted that Heard had won $7 million in the first lawsuit with her ex-husband in the United Kingdom, which she never gave to charity as she had promised.
Heard had donated half the money to the American Civil Liberties Union and the rest to the Los Angeles Children's Hospital, two major nonprofits that could benefit from a large donation like this.
In addition, she allegedly rented a 1,200-square-metre mansion in McLean, Virginia, a green suburb and only a 25-minute drive from Comfrey Courthouse.
The rental records in the listing do not include the actress' name, but show that the property was rented on May 4, 2020 for $22,500 per month.
