The little bear rescued by the Arcturos team in Florina has gone viral. Thomas, in a video posted by the Arcturos Facebook page, enjoyed his cherries.
Thomas the Survivor, as he was called when he was rescued, is an orphan bear, who managed to survive without his mother by wandering alone for at least 2-3 days at an age where his survival depends directly on his mother's milk.
As Arcturus notes, Thomas has grown up and spends his summer carefree eating cherries.
The bear was rescued at the beginning of May at the age of only three months after the mobilisation of Polypotamos Florina resients, who notified the Immediate Intervention Team (OAE) of Arcturos.
In fact, the residents christened him Thomas because he was found on Thomas' Sunday and managed to survive against hardships.
Today, 5+ months old, visibly grown, healthy but just as cute.
