A new attack against Greece was launched on Monday by Turkey's Minister of Defence, Hulusi Akar, as reported by the state news agency Anadolu.
"Athens 'up to something' against Ankara amid 5-fold surge in defense budget, says National Defense Minister Akar, vowing this will not be enough against Turkish forces", he said.
The Turkish defence minister added that Turkey does not pose a threat to its allies, while stressing that issues between Athens and Ankara should not affect EU and NATO relations with his country.
In fact, Hulusi Akar "wagged the finger" at Greece, calling on it to act according to "good neighborly relations" for dialogue.
