Very high risk of fire from Sunday to Tuesday in most parts of Greece

The pyrometeorological conditions in Greece are expected to worsen from Sunday to Tuesday according to the latest forecast data analysed by the team FLAME of Athens National Observatory meteo service, meteo.gr.

On Sunday 7 August there will be very high risk of fire in Kavala including the island of Thassos, Xanthi, Rodopi, Evros, the islands of Samothraki, Limnos, Lesvos and Chios and the regions of Serres and Drama.
On Monday 8 August there will be very high risk of fire in Kavala including the island of Thassos, Xanthi, Rodopi, Evros, the islands of Samothraki, Limnos, Lesvos and Chios and in the region of Fokida and in southeastern Chalkidiki.
