A tragedy occurred today in Santorini, when a young worker committed suicide in the room where he was staying.
According to Cyclades24, the young man tied a rope around his neck and hung himself inside the room.
The 29-year-old was missing for some time, causing his colleagues to worry and start looking for him. But when they entered his room they were confronted with the hideous sight.
According to information, this is a 29-year-old man of Bangladeshi origin, who worked in a health business in Kamari, Santorini.
The authorities and police officers of the Thira Sub-Directorate were immediately informed arrived at the scene to investigate the incident. However, the reason that led the unfortunate young man to commit suicide remains unclear.
The investigation is ongoing.
