A British student was sexually harassed while on a £20,000 luxury Mediterranean cruise with him parents.
It all happened when a 60-year-old man approached the boy in the yacht's pool while the latter was playing there with his niece.
At the time of the attack, the teenager's family was aboard the luxury cruise ship Seven Seas Explorer while it was docked in the southern Turkish city of Dikili.
The teenager, then describing his nightmarish experience, said that while he was playing with a relative in the pool, a man approached him, hugged him tightly and asked him his age.
The terrified 15-year-old got out of the pool and ran to his mother to tell her what had happened. Along the way, security was called.
The passenger charged with harassment is not British and was taken to his cabin.
When the ship arrived in Istanbul on Sunday, the 60-year-old was taken to the police station, where the complaint was filed by the teenager's mother.
The episode was recorded towards the end of the £20,000 ten-day cruise, which started in Athens and ended in Istanbul.
It is noted that the yacht can accommodate up to 732 guests, has 567 crew members and is 224 metres in size .
According to Turkish authorities, as reported by Proto Thema, an investigation has been launched into the incident with the 15-year-old.
The 60-year-old, who was arrested, denies the charges against him.
