"The pavilion of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the 86th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) is probably the most impressive pavilion ever in the history of the fair," the president of TIF-Helexpo SA, Tasos Tzikas, pointed out to AMNA.
The pavilion will be located in an area of 5,000 square meters and will even host authentic Bedouin tents.
A delegation of 300-400 people and more than 50 major business groups and government agencies from the UAE, which is the honoured country of the fair, will visit Thessaloniki (decorated with flags of the UAE and Greece).
The mission will be headed by the UAE Minister of Economy, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri.
Someone would wonder what makes the UAE pavilion so impressive. Although the president of TIF-Helexpo SA has not revealed any details, he noted that the area where the participation of the UAE will be hosted (Pavilion 13) will stand out due to its great luxury, but also its impressive architecture.
An additional stage will be created in the area, which will host traditional events.
The representatives of the Arab country have also ensured that the catering at their pavilion meets the required conditions, i.e. that "halal" food is served (i.e. the "halal" mark certifies that a product has been produced and prepared according to traditions and rules of Islam).
