More than 30 fire fighters rush to put out forest fire in Ilia

A force of 35 fire fighters and 12 fire engines, along with a team of fire fighters on foot, was sent to put out a wildfire, burning an area of mixed farm and forest land in Mouzaki, Ilia on Sunday afternoon.

Their efforts were supported by three fire-fighting aircraft and a helicopter.

According to authorities, the fire did not yet pose a threat to inhabited areas, but it still unknown what caused it.
