Greece and Germany have agreed to facilitate the consignment of armoured vehicles to Ukraine following a meeting between Greek National Defence Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos and his German counterpart Christine Lambrecht on Friday.
In this context, Greece will give Ukraine, 40 Soviet BMP-1 tanks, then receive as many Marder-type tanks from Germany.
