Vladimir Putin has made a thinly-veiled threat to NUKE the West and declared he's "not bluffing" in a chilling address.
The Russian prime minister said he had "lots of weapons" he was prepared to use against the West, which he falsely accused of "nuclear blackmail"
Putin also announced a partial military mobilisation of Russian troops and conscripts, which could see two millions reservists scrambled to the frontline in Ukraine.
In a chilling speech, he said: "I have lots of weapons - this is not a bluff."
He went on to order a "partial mobilisation", adding that
“Only citizens who are currently in the reserve and, above all, those who served in the Armed Forces, have certain military specialties and relevant experience, will be subject to conscription.“
Putin accused Western countries if trying to “block” the independence of the so-called people's republics in eastern Ukraine.
